What have you done to your MSP today?

I have ebay silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps and they are working well, even after the car spiked 13psi and blew the HG. I haven't removed and re-installed them though so that may be why.
About to finally order a HG kit, anybody have any problems with Fel-Pro Head gaskets? They have a kit for $91 that includes all the gaskets i'm going to need for the head and I was gonna go with that unless I absolutely need a Cometic. I was also gonna go with the ARP headstuds because I can't find Mazda headbolts on OMP, unless I should save the ~$70 and get an aftermarket head bolt set. And the head is finally off and will be going to a machine shop tomorrow or Wednesday.

Well mine ended up being couplers that were made out of like rubber and were like meant for plumbing, not cars like said, and they came with hose clamps, not T-bolts.. I guess it's my fault for not asking everything that wasn't stated..
 
And obv i wouldnt wont to go with catless right..? that would trigger the engine light to stay on..? so would have to go with the $263 one...
 
Yeah.. Well it would be prettyyyyyyy loud without cats as ive heard. You will need to use the non-fouler trick or mil eliminator to keep from throwing a CEL if you don't have cats
 
Yeah I think unless you don't mind the sound and having to keep the cel off, than yeah that'd probably be the way to go, let me know how it goes, I'm really wanting one
 
its not loud without cats, the muffler and resonator determine how loud the car is,
and there are things you can do to keep the CEL from coming on, theres tons of write ups on here about it.

Are those the +45 offset Rotas or ? I want the Rota Boosts in gunmetal and I'm thinking 17x7.5 +45 is 10mm less offset than the Racing Hart stocks and will fit nicer in the wheel well.

off note just installed Ground Control Coilover springs

Up to 3 inches, there what I used to have....you can go lower by cutting off the spring perch, but then you can never go back to stock springs
 
Anybody have insight on the HG? Will a Felpro work fine or do I need a Cometic? I just need stock bore and thickness.
