Nope, my stocker started leaking so I put in another stocker in. I do have goodridge clutch and brake lines to install but can't find someone to help bleed the system yet.

Wagon is a self admited ass.... that should say a lot on his attitude "jack of all asses" is what his thing says by his avatar if I remeber correctly. People will b**** about anything. Seriously you search and you bump a old thread they will b****, you make a new post they will b****. So you can't win for losing in this case.

Remove the exhaust housing... it will make life easier on you to remove that broken stud. I imagine the machine shop didnt want to do it because they didnt' want to **** with it. Also before you go buying a new turbo just replace the damn exhaust housing.

I'd say remove the exhaust housing off the turbo and do what you said here wagon. It will be easier to work with like that.

yeah i kinda notice that one, didn't wsant to say anything though, but you took the words right out of my mouth lol

Or you could do that. It's not worth s*** to me though so if anyone wants a blown MSP turbo, it's yours for whatever you feel is fair + shipping.

Well my Front Facia project Custom is Almost done, today I put the front facia, Front lip, and sideskirts to my white MPS , i made some custom to the fog light hole , for me is the only MPS that has them know are own custom with fiber glass :D hope you like it. Still gotta paint .
Sorry for the low quality of the Picture but it was with my Phone.

again. i said i have an extra exhaust housing you can have if you pay for shipping

I missed that. I want it asap. Feel like removing the studs? Is there anything I need to replace by removing the exhaust housing? I took one off before but it wasn't of importance to pay attention at the time.

well the newish to me turbo came in and hey it alrdy has the oil feed line on it lol its disconnected else where soo no trying to figure out how to get that nut off... guess fri morning ima be finally installing the turbo and get the car running agian :)

Ok anyone ever drop the motor for a msp/3rd Gen protege out the bottom? The more hoist I had set up fell through and I can get one that drops the motor out the bottom for relatively cheap from harbor freight. And it would be easier to drop it out the bottom on the msp im pulling it from. I know atleast the front to back subframe has to come out.....anything else?

I don't see why it would be a problem, assuming you have access to a shop lift. I've helped take motors out of Saturn's both from the top and bottom. As long as you make sure everything is disconnected then you should be fine.

will it be just the bottom end being taken out from underneath?

no bottom end and head. ill lay it on its side if i got to. not a problem with that is there? like it wont damage anything? the motor in my car idc but the motor i put in...

might be easier with out the head on but I wouldn't think it would damage anything unless you drop it
