What have you done to your MSP today?

I dont lol. My AC Doesnt blow cold air. IDK why might be the FMIC issue dont know. But I always have my windows down even durning the 100+ days last week (3 days in a row 100+ haha)

Yea I keep my windows down on a daily basis during spring / summer. Even if I'm doing 80 on the highway haha. If it's raining then I'll just leave the A/C on defrost so it doesn't fog up lol.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I didn't even discover that my MSP had lost its charge last summer until I went to drive home from helping a MS3 owner build a retaining wall in +90* heat all day.

Btw, that is not a good way to learn such a thing.

My car is doing this now. I think mine is caused by a vac leak. I cant really read your gauge what is it reading?

EDIT: Ohhhh yeah you have a vac leak man.

EDIT2: Well I dont know man its hard to see haha. On my car my Greddy profec says im not getting the vac I usually pull, Usually mine goes about 10.2-10.4 psi which is about 20.1 inches of merc.

Lol you guys are making it sound like me wanting my AC to work like it should is an outlandish request. I don't like to get to work sweaty...neither does my wife.

Yeah after I put my front mount in, bye bye ac. I was even running a big ass fan on that side too. My ac was only cold when on the highway but then it quickly got hot. Loving the ICE cold ac in my new whip though.

I have a greddy bov, my set up is FMIC-BOV-MAF-INTAKE on the cold side

I'll check the plugs and go from there
oh, ok, it must have been someone else then, but ya, my plugs just went a few hours ago after posting, and it ran like complete s***, also had a slight vac leak..posting the whole mini-story down below

well.... maybe it is (lol2) haha but ya I don't really blame you, I just like the wind and I don't really drive a ton in my car anyways, and I don't wear a suit or anything like that so I don't really mind getting a little sweaty, I get sweaty anyways during work

so anyways....
I had a little scare with the msp today, driving back from Gamestop picking up some used xbox games and the car was crapping out, could barely go over 40 and it was running like s***, and sounded like a subie, so I figured maybe one of the cylinders weren't firing.. finally got to Autozone, had a friend help me out and everything, and ended up switching out the spark plugs which looked like s***, and then found a hose going to the PVC valve from the intake that had partially slipped off since the zip tie broke I guess and it was oily.. but anyways, got it running good finally.. was pretty nervous I had something serious going on for a little bit

Same here...the reason is not enough airflow through the condensor while sitting still--seems the FMIC blocks the flow a bit...highway=maddddd airflow :)--i have a 10" fan on my condensor on the front-side because i've had a problem with my turbo burning up my slim fans...my a/c sucks at idle when it's 100 degrees out....pisses my girlfriend off...lol

Here is a pic of the plugs, not great because its from my phone, but you get the idea
the one that was misfiring was the one to the far left

The intercooler blocks airflow when sitting still? Nothing about that statement sounds silly to you? Lol

If the AC isn't blowing as cool when stopped then it's due to a lack in the fan since it creates the airflow.

Meh who knows. Looking at them ib the radiator they dont cover as much surface area as a 12" would and without a shroud you want to have as much area covered as possible
