Something in the range of 28mm - 32mm I think. I bought this to deal with changing the wheel bearings.

Yes. They are the best $35 you can spend on the car.
If you can wait till the end of the day I can check when I get home, because I have my old knuckle and axle sitting in my garage and I can check the size.

I can't really give you an answer, I installed the Kartboy bushings on one install and then down the road I put the bronze oils and the TWM in on the same install. I've been told that it is really nice, I like it. I have driven others with TWM and no bronze oil and mine might be a littel notchier. thanks for the compliments.

Ok so as long as my parts get here I'll be replacing the VC gasket. Anyone have any pointers?(my first time doing this)
Also, since I have some black engine paint laying around I'm going to pain the VC. What do you use to clean the thing off? Do you clean off the inside of the VC too?

Won't hurt to clean the inside of it since you'll be handling it and it's coated in oil. I usually clean stuff with brake/ carb cleaner and let it dry really well. Make sure you follo wthe torque specs when re-installing.

Does everyone use RTV gasket in the 2 corners like the repair guide mentions? Or is it not necessary?
Do it, it's better to be safe than sorry. You could also follow my timing belt how-to, that will guide you how to remove the VC.

Just picked her up from the paint shop (the front bumper is inside the car) Also installed HID's into the headlights and fog's.

so the RTV goes in the corners of the cam gears and around the spark plug holes right?
