What have you done to your MSP today?

they make a ABS scanner, thats what you want. The Advance by me will use one
but I guess most stores dont have an "instore" one for use.

Installed my new trans. and replacement thunder mani. washed it and took it for a drive. god, I missed this car!

Now, I can't wait for my sportline's to get here so, it will sit right with my new 16x7 + 35 2-piece Enkei's! the 4x4 look is killing me!

What was wrong with your tunder mani?

Hot pipe - 60mm
Cold pipe - 63mm

Cold pipe - 63mm - 2.480315 inches = 2.5 coupler (works perfect)

Hot pipe - 60mm - 2.362204724412 inches - Now where do I get one of these at.....? 2.25 is to small nad 2.5 is way to big.

2.5 is fine for the 2.36. use a t bolt clamp.

I need to order about 10 of those damn things and replace the bad worm clamps that I have... you would think with a high dollar fmic setup like the perrin that it would of came with t-bolt clamps(assumeing the previous owner here didnt replace them with worm clamps)

so i dynod last night...

156 tq
154 hp

i will be getting the dyno sheet via email soon and then ill post it up

it was $20 for 3 pulls. i only did 2. they sid they heard rod knock during the second pull. he showed me it on the dyno. it was around 3500 rpms and then again at 5700rpms. he said he wouldnt recomend me doing the last pull. ive never noticed a knocking while driving. te car is running fine. guess this is how it goes when you have almost 175k miles

and my injen intake is on the way! and i should be getting a second engine with a spun bearing for my forged rebuild

4+ hours to install the 10mm Ichiba lugs, spacers, and new wheel setup...

Removing the old studs became easier as I got used to what I was doing but the new studs were way bigger than what the stockers looked like. Had to use an impact wrench to get those f-ers mounted and I'm damn sure these ain't gonna ever come out..(unamused)..

Not bad considering your only performance mod is the exhaust really...

170bhp - ~15% = 145whp stock

so around 9-10whp increase over stock from an exhaust is pretty reasonable to expect. Well done!

JUst took off my intake mani, going to get it ported :D

But its going to be a b**** to install all the vac lines again! LOL! hopefully i remember where everything goes. But ill be putting my stock S and J pipe up forsale sometime this week.

Turbolife is in, for about a week now, with the stock intake/bpv. No more heatsoak! Lol, the consistency is a very nice change, i know what to expect every time i hit boost now. Also, noticed how much smoother the power band feels, with no lag at all at stock boost.

So I need to get a 1" fitting for my intake to run the BOV recirculated. I'm told a plumbing store would have something like that. There is a Lowes and Home Depot right down the road from me, would they have something like that? Is there a specific description for what I'm looking for so I can explain it to an employee? LOL they will probably stare at me like a deer in headlights.

Find a shop close by that does aluminum welding. They'll throw in the piece of 1" aluminum pipe if you pay them to weld it on, or at least thats how it worked for me.
