What have you done to your MSP today?

420A or 4G63. The 420's have enough problems turboed already so he would really be asking for it. s*** NA they have enough issues. (crank walk, spun bearings, rings, and valves just to start.)

the 420A is a pretty good engine all things considered.

Seriously, if that is not what shows up on this forum soon, I might swing over to the Bay Area, find you, and unleash harm... however... that takes alot of effort and I'm pretty lazy most days.

This morning when I woke up, I had a belated moment (or few minutes' worth, actually) of silence for the death of my MSP. It was the one year anniversary of my accident on Tuesday .. but my mourning for my MSP was kinda put on the back burner when compared to B's accident.

Although I have not registered yet ( I would like to wait till I can see the end of the build.). But the end is going to be alot closer when I get my tax refund back.

i should be coming. i probably will be driving up that friday and back that sunday. 9.5 hours with no cruise control. ug

its a LOT more fun if you stay both nights. I'm only 5 hrs out (+ chicago traffic) and theres no way I'd try to do a one night stay.

yeah, sure, you can... and you'll probably smoke your turbo in 10K miles. rally cars do it, because then they don't lag between shifts, its just HORRIBLE for your turbo. you keep stuffing air in the charge pipes when the throttle is closed... imagine the stresses of you trying to breath out into a plastic bottle with a 1/8" hole in it... thats what you're asking your turbo to do.

so, autozone couldn't figure out what gasket to sell me to go behind the cats, so I bought exhaust joint repair goop, put that in there with the OEM gasket (too small to seal on the larger midpipe), I'm crossing my fingers, and waiting for it to set up now.

unless you've ever "driven around" LA, NY, or CHI, you can't understand that driving around that large of an area of congested traffic sometimes doesn't save you any time. yes, sitting in traffic sucks, but theres really no way to reduce the drive time.
