just use stock till u get to like 10 psi then go one step colder.
theres no need to go colder on stock psi.
Yep, been running the ZFR7F plugs (don't get the -11 as they're pre-gapped to 1.1 mm or about 0.040 in.) since last September. I pulled them out on Monday to inspect and they still look good. Then again, I am at 10 psi so that could explain it.
Yep, the '-11' means a 1.1 mm gap which I guess is actually, 0.0433 in. but whatever. Yeah they are the same plug just with a different gap. I just find it easier to gap larger than to gap smaller. I think the ZFR7Fs were gapped at 0.028 or 0.030 in.the gap on zfr7f-11 are .44, I can just regap them with that tool to about .32

you got it right, get the BOV's vacuum source from the brake booster line, lose the stock BPV and cap the pipe
