those are what the car comes with stock. He didn't like them? They are good tires, just expensive. I got some cheap when my Falkens were done and then one blew and I went to replace just the one. $200. But they are real nice at least in dry weather. I am changing rims currently and will be running Kumho Ecstas. Only thing is they are 205/40s and I am more of a 215/45 fan.msp03.5 said:put some new tires on, well semi new. They had 3,000 miles on them the guy hated them so he sold them to me for a hundred bucks. potenzas re040 I believe they are pretty good my other tires were bald nankangs. perfect timing, perfect price for me right now.
yeah 205/40s are way small compared to 215/45.. I was running 215/40 (which already is larger than stock p5 size) but there was a wild sale on the Potenza RE750s in 205/40 so I picked up a set.. ride quality I don't notice a diff though.Velocifero said:those are what the car comes with stock. yeah thats what Gapeaches had on her rims, two of the tires were toast so I only have two on the car at the moment, Shadow102 is mounting the two for me now and I'll pick up at lunch and throw them on the car. Gong crazy ricer with the two different rims at the moment. I'll be sure to throw a picture up this afternoon after I get the rears on.Kansei said:yeah 205/40s are way small compared to 215/45.. I am digging the bronze so far.Kansei said:As long as your msp is loww 205/40 won't look too out of place. see the edit of my post above for link to 205/40 on those exact wheels pic![]()
