What have you done to your MSP today?

How often should tranny fluid be changed? I'm saving up for a good set of track tires and some cheap lightweight weels (Rotas anyone?) and when I do that I'm gonna go for some DOT4 brake fluid and probably change the tranny fluid too, just to be sure that everything is running like it should.

IDK, but i heard it was every 30k miles.. but I had my clutch changed once, so technically this would be my 2nd trans. fluid change.
 
even at 38 the point stands. lol, your tune musta been damn good just given the fact that you didn't have to pick pieces of your rotating assembly out of the pavement/firewall/your leg... etc. lol

dont forget the chang of pants... stains in seats... etc.

I'm not sure if the car has ever had a change. I certainly know my old one never had it changed for 110k miles (bang)

Well TBK did a hell of a good job in the tune to my Haltech, I paid them s*** load of money for that tune... Also ill recommend anyone here to Use a Methanol Injection Kit im 100% sure that was the reason i didnt blew my motor just the Head Gasket. Meth is simply the best mod you can get to save your ass from picking s*** up from the road.. lol lol
 
They are good. but i think for personal experience Pauter holds more power. actually 515whp on my last dyno and hope they do the 600whp im heading to in this round 2 build of mine.

I aint looking for near that at most I want 400. I'd be happy with 350

Hell... I'd be happy with the posted 170 we're SUPPOSED to have... lol Though somewhere in the 250-300 range would suit me just fine.
 
I spiked to 9 once... i got all happy, I almost took a pic of my boost gauge holding the peak before I shut it off.

the only time I hit 9-9.5psi, was when I took the wg line off. So fuel cut like a mofo, except for 1st gear which had no fuel cut for some reason. And this was with the mpnick modifed turbo and pnp stock mani,s-pipe, + all other mods. Car was so fast lol, I got from one end of the block to the other and I wasn't even out of 1st gear yet, lol.

Now I got atp wga, and that fker doesnt hold steady boost for s***.Goes to 5psi-6-7-8-9then back down 8-7-6. I haven't punched it yet since I got my manifold rewelded so maybe it holds boost better now.

but 25psi and up, must be insane.
 
stock dynos usually land you in the 140-150 whp range depending on elevation/humidity/temp.

You kidding me? I read most people were actually putting down 160-170whp stock and that for once Mazda UNDERATED the hp numbers on the car. I can feel the boost spikes since the ATP WGA was put on, but it feels steady for the most part. I'm guessing with a 2.5" DP-back Vibrant exhaust and 8psi, plus "experiences" with cars of similar performance, I'm probably putting down 180 to the wheels. I wanna get the CustomMSP SMIC and see what that does for me. I'm on the fence about a tune though...
