What have you done to your MSP today?

^^^ That's why I'm getting a custom intake made. No sense buying a $200+ intake and then only use half of it and hack it up to boot (oh wait, I did that with my FMIC).

Got my injectors bits in the mail today and immediately went down and reinstalled everything with the new parts and all. After a couple of cranks (had to prime the fuel lines) she turned right over and was idling smoothly. Let her idle for about 5 minutes before taking her around the block and came back and idled again for 5 minutes. Then took her out on a longer drive and did one or two WOT pulls through the gears and came back and idled for ~10 minutes. So far, no more funny idle hiccups and the AFRs are right where they should be. CEL is still on because I'd rather it clear itself (I'm going to give it a few days) than have to reset the ECU and deal with the car driving funny for ten minutes. All in all everything seems pretty good but only time will tell if my problems are done for the time being...
 
Pics of installed fuel rail with fuel pressure gauge. Ignore the pressure reading as the car is off - I checked with the FSM and it meets the pressure specs. Sucks the wire loom is all in the wire. On day I'll get to fixing that; the loom will be relocated to underneath the intake manifold to allow full view of that wonderful fuel rail (and IM eventually).

I pulled the SMIC and hard pipes today and put back the stockers...OMFG I can't believe how sluggish the MSP is now...I'm almost regretting selling the SMIC setup...but its all for the BBD now...
 
i cant wait to drive my car im only a couple weeks out now i cant wait to drive it again even if it is just on stock boost
 
You change your plans every other day. You buy stuff with intentions of doing it one way and next thing I know you're selling for a different setup. Make up your mind goober(silly)
 
Well im sad to say i dont have that luxury now lol. I have to get the car running within the next 2-3 weeks thats why the block is going to the machine shop on friday and im puttin the apexr1 exhaust back on tonight as well as marking the holes to cut for the fmic
 
Just got done re installing the 3" apexr1im so excited i cant stop smiling. If im this excited over the exhaust i cant even wonder how excited im gonna be when i put the motor together hahaha
 
Threw 2 codes on the way home from work:

P0140 and P0455
I think both of these are 2nd O2 sensor codes. I know the first one is something like "Bank 2 CKT No Activity" or basically saying it thinks your secondary O2 sensor is dead. Not really sure what the other one is.

The second is the evap code. I'm thinking i'm going to retighten my gas cap, clear the codes and see where that gets me.
