What have you done to your MSP today?

It's all about bargain hunting, my friend.
With the exception of brake parts (and now my Steedspeed manifold) nearly every significant mod I've made has been with used parts bought here on the forums. LIVE in the for sale section and buy only from reputable members and you can't go wrong.

The thing is, you see people's mod lists and to you it looks like it all happened overnight. That's not usually the case. It took me a while to get where I have the car now, and I'm not even that heavily modified.....yet. (laugh)

Totally Agree with you, it took me 5 years to be where iam right now, lots money, blood, sweat and tears. Back then i got a loan to pay off my car and to do everything i did to the car, even Paying TBK Performance to do the hardest and delicate part, Big Turbo Upgrade with tons of custom work and parts, and lots of Tunning hours, after all when i decided to move back to Spain i was lucky i sold my house and got good money for it, and i was able to pay my loan, my bills and my house and get good money to start a new life in here in Spain, and with everything paid off. i cant complaint at all, i feel proud of what i have and what i have done and the route i went with what i did to the car. we all should be and feel proud of what we have, believe me people, there are no Richie Richs in here, only Hard workers.. All i got to say now that i look back is, it has been worth every penny.. And just like i have said before, ill say it again, if you believe in dreams these right here is mine...

Traded my twiggy cams for a msp mani, turbo,s pipe,j pipe, coolant lines, and oil lines. Msp will be back in a few weeks with a built motor and the stock turbo. Think ill start wiring up the mpi this weekend should be fun.

i have no choice jon. got in a accident yesterday with the beater and now i really have nothing to drive so i really have no choice but to get the msp back on the road

Good call...

*sigh* Married life + New house + Premium gas = This guy's broke.

My car is bone stock. I used to have mods: FMIC, Vibrant exhaust, SSAFC, CAI, etc. The car ran like ass, even with a good tune, plus those mods put me in SM at first and then DSP where I would get my butt handed to me. Now I'm back to stock and happy with the car. I feel you on the house thing though, that's been sucking away a lot of money for upkeep. Running SCCA isn't cheap either with entry fees, gas, etc. At the event I get about 3 gallons to the mile :)

Last night the MSP got some work done to it. I uninstalled the clunk fix brackets, installed new stock sway bar brackets and bushings, uninstalled an electric SPAL fan and put the stocker back on. Tonight the subwoofer enclosure goes back in as well as new spark plugs.

Well, are you selling any of those parts?

I don't think anyone would want my clunk fix bracket. The powder coat has peeled off in a lot of places and peeling everywhere else. In other words they have surface rust on 100% of the surfaces. I can thank NY winter and salt use for that. If I get some free time I'm going to grind down the rust and paint them, then maybe I will sell them. Let's see when will I have free time .... I think maybe October :)

I'll sell the fan, but the mounting straps are toast, because they are just zip ties and I had to cut them to get them off.

I just got my Temporary License Plates and insured the car.. tomorrow ill start driving my car after 19 months of waiting !!!!! Im so Excited and happy...

Engine rebuild kit? Could you please post step-by-step for the clutch install (in or out of the car I don't care since it sounds like you are pulling the engine for a rebuild, I just need some pictures for reference)?
