What have you done to your MSP today?

Found that a Oem hood will indeed fit in a 2010 mz3 so will probably be bringing ot to Ohio to pick up the hood....

it looks like we can slide the trunk in on the right side in a backwards L shape
 
That is what I was thinking. And I will be bringing towels for the edges I think and a blanket for protection as well.
 
put a new rad cap on the bucket a few days ago and so car it looks like i dont need a new rad!

I had one simalar to this one. Obviously not the same brand but same setup config. I think the presure was pushing up the spring and causing it to lose coolant.

I, against my own judgement, used the brass nuts that came with the exhaust studs I ordered for the turbo... It was late, I was tired, and didn't feel like looking around the shop for any nuts... Too much heat, too soft of a metal, and the threads just pulled completely away, so now I have a 1/4" gap between the manifold and the turbo meaning I only boost 6psi at about 5,000rpm... So, I get to remove it AGAIN! Yaaay!
 
Replaced the H side AC line and got the system evaced and recharged. Ice cold AC again and the system held vacuum perfectly so hopefully that sorts it out from here on.

Brass nuts huh? Where'd you find those at? I got copper lock nuts from ATPturbo

Also you have a clear corner lens on your headlights instead of the stock amber ones, where did you get that?

car appears to have a retrofit done and I believe the amber piece is inside the housing. Most retrofits so far on here have taken that amber piece out for a cleaner look

JDM... lol really tho, straight from hong kong.

but the headlights are retrofit... although you can get blacked out/clear corner headlights (depo brand) on ebay for like $140 or so.

Ok guys, I need some help. I have a mazda protege that has all the mods that a MSP would have. I am getting a miss on CYL 4 and I can not get it to quit missing. I am getting fuel and spark I also resurfaced the valves in that cyl because I had low compression and I thought where the engine might have set for a long time with those valves open they might have surface rust and are not sealing good. After the head job the compression came up to around 120 I think. It had a SS V1 AFC on it that I have taken off trying to fight this problem. The engine came out of a 626 and I had to change the cam pulley for the CPS so after that it still had a miss and I also changed the crank pulley. IT STILL HAS A MISS AND I CANNOT GET IT OUT!!!!! It is making me so mad I really don't know what to do, if you all have any ideas on what might be causing the problem PLEASE let me know.
