on another note. i need the part# for spark plugs again. i never remmber it. and also does anyone know what the name of the gasket for the coolant housing on the drivers side of the head? the one with the upper rad house and all the other coolant lines? i need a new gasket for their too

It should be the water outlet gasket.
Just checked at rock auto, unless I am misunderstanding what you're needing, it's fel-pro part# 35570

lol ill be doing a little cleaning. mainly the inside stuff and a little on the outside. i plan on buying forged internals at tax time and hopefully be forged buy summertime.

and thanks for the part #s. should i get one step colder with stock boost levels? and that sounds like the right gasket. ill look it up on rock auto. i know what it looks like. tomorrow i will be picking up oil, a new filter, coolant, a new timing belt, that coolant gasket, and new cam seals. any torques specs i should know? i know the head bolts. i mean like the cam gear and other things.

6 would be a step colder for you, stock for us.

you're about on the edge I'd say. if you're below 10 lbs, stock, above, step colder.
