What have you done to your MSP today?

i got a pic of msp with 15" mz3 wheels =D!

when you get the wheels done make sure you have them welded and machined. its expensive but any filler product will just flake off if you hit a bump at speed.

you can try it by yourself too. if you know how to braze and file.

lets see that pic...

yeah I would love to weld it and grind it down and down and all but no welder.

if you have ever gas welded, you can try technoweld. i got a 12 rod kit to try but getting enough heat into the wheel with a gas torch takes a long ass time cause the rod has to melt on contact, you cant melt it onto the wheel, wont stick.

Yeah that does look way off with 15"! lol I'll more then likely have to pay someone local to repair and recoat the wheels but that wil take time and money. Id have it done already if I didnt hav e 3 cars to upkeep on!

im gonna fix mine but might not roll on them as my year rounds that long. i might use them as winters or all seasons, and get some nice 18's for the summer.
got my eye on some konig zero in's in 18x8.

i know i keep saying ill post a how to, just need to find time to get to the business. need new tires for my 15's and have a new baby. babies are cheap, but still tough to wanna drop $500 on temp tires lol.

but yada yada. ill get to it. post a howto ect.

I'm more looking towards dropping 350-400 for temp tires for the 16s

Got pulled over again. Luckily it was a US Park Ranger so no points, just one hell of a fine though. Serves me right for wanting to have fun in the car...

Seriously, I take the highway every ******* day, but on the one nice day I decide to take the back-roads home, the ONE time I punch it (this time under a large overpass so I could hear the exhaust) there's a cop sitting on the other side. Don't know if its karma, bad luck, or if I'm just an idiot. Don't need to be spending that sort of money right now and don't need this stress in the life...

that sux dude. i dont really ever have fun in my car anymore for the same reason.

Don't worry about scratching it. I hit a gator (schedded semi tire) at 85 mph and it didn't do damn thing. I was so happy, I thought for sure it was toast.

wow that's sweet, ever since my dad destroyed/cracked the DGM CF lip last summer I have been looking to get a replacement of some kind, but that one would be too low now since when I took it off I lowered the whole car a little more to make it all even wheel gaps, but the 03.5 lip would be perfect, and I like the look, where did you get that one from in CF?

oh also today, finished up the fmic install and all that, first of all, I absolutely LOVE driving with that and the relocated MAF, but also I noticed that my BOV only gobbles at low boost, it's not a bad gobble, but I figure if there is a way to remedy this, it might be better for the turbo in the long run, the vac line is hooked up to a distribution block via the BB line, and it is as short as it is going to get, the BOV is on the U bend hot pipe coming right off the turbo, my only guess would be, since its the HKS v2 auto adjustable one, is to do duel BOVs, kinda expensive, but I think I would rather get another BOV eventually rather than stick the stock BPV on there again... anyone have any easier solutions to this, or have more experience with it? It's only at lower boosts, but when I get up to full or anything past 6.5-7psi it's fine, maybe even a little lower than that actually, closer to 4-5psi

wow. picked up some easy off oven cleaner for my 15's and that s*** takes the tar off like nothing. they almost look new now if not for the swirl marks from the scotch bright. =D

that sucks about the fine though.
how much you get boned for?

Installed the HID's on Saturday, and switched BOV's again to something that won't cause compressor surge. Now running a TurboXS RFL.
