What have you done to your MSP today?

Ahh welcome to my world mildsalsa except both mine are. and to everyone else my apologies I wasn't looking to start a "heated discussion" I was looking for more I guess of real life daily driven experience. Glad I didn't ask about cai vs sri. Haha. But I think we would all agree SS brake lines make the biggest difference?
 
ive done it before too. i rocked electrical tape for a while. and apoxy. one day the apoxy gave up. now my buddy put 4 hidden screws in it. its not coming off again. :)

today ill be installing my wideband and front mm inserts.

i waxed the car yesterday, my car looks soooo good. oh and my gf pealed my pinstrip off. and friday i got my windshield replaced. car is just about ready for eecmm

Haha, I had yellow duct tape on mine for a couple weeks until the new one came in to replace it. Color matched duct tape ftmfw!

Yeah I think you're on track with the SS brake line upgrade. I just put Corksports on my MSP and the pedal feel is much firmer. Gone is the squishiness of the rubber lines.
 
installed the corksport 80mm exhaust. Sounds great, got all the calipers off gonna paint them tomorrow. Can't get the tie rod bolt and the bolt from the knuckle to the lower control arm off. Those are gonna get pb blaster 3 times a day. Hopefully they come off wednesday when i can work on it again so i can have my car for mid-ohio this weekend.

Any body got any tips for those bolts?
 
go to your local autozone and rent a set of forks. they worked for me.

hmmmm..what did I do today: oh yeah!! I dumped a lil bit more money towards my car!!! SSAFC on the way!! Now, I can finally tune my car. I will be getting an AEM UEGO and an AEM digital boost guage to replace my cheapo autozone Faze boost gauge. Then, CS downpipe.

edit: just ordered some NGK spark plugs 1 step colder and a DDM Tuning 35watt HID kit with a relay harness

nice. i have aem uego probably going in tomorrow. i will have some new to me tires switched onto my racing harts hopefully wensday. tonight the plan is to change my factory passenger side motor mount in because the sls i have took a dump. the factory one isnt to bad plus we filled it with window sealant. its just temperary. and i plan on cleaning the inside of my car on thursday evening so that it will be ready for eecmm on friday! busy week...
 
hs right. its the 4th annual eecmm. i went last year andit was a blast. super excited thisyear its in gatlinburg tn. it starts tomorrow till sunday but i cant afford to take the whole week off from work so ill be there friday am till sunday afternoon.should be fun. 131 people, 81 mazdas. and thats just the people that registered....theres a ton of peeps that are just gonna show up
 
Finally ordered all my brake parts, Hawk HPS brake pads all around, Corksport stainless steel lines, slotted rotors all around couldn't resist got a good deal, and shifter bushings while I was ordering stuff from Corksport.

Wise choices all around. I've been thrilled with my slotted rotors and Hawk pads. Even better if you got a great deal!
