What have you done to your MSP today?

Waiting for a nice sunny day to slap the stock midpipe on and take her to the smog station. Hopefully it passes on the first go. I like living in CA just hate the bad laws here.
 
I took the bulb condoms off the 194s in my gauge cluster. Only one of the stock LEDs was in there so I changed it out for two regular bulbs instead of one LED, one normal. I'll be ordering some new LEDs from eBay soon but haven't decided what style of LED to get.

I also failed at installing my voltmeter over the weekened :( Set up a great ground, and it's all mounted up real good, but I can't figure out where I should splice into the 12v source. I was thinking radio, but everything is so cramped behind that thing already.

I'm going to have my mounts checked and replace whichever ones may need. Though if I do have to replace one I think I will just get a stock mount and buy the inserts. Also, I saw the front and rear inserts on CS, but not the sides? If I do get the inserts I was thinking about just getting the dp for now and keep fooling with the idea of swapping the full exhausts. God their 80 mm sounds so badass I can't get it out of my head. I wonder if it gives a bigger boost in power than the Vibrant.

it wont give any more power..hell a 2.5 inch exhaust is big for a stock msp turbo.

I know that 2.5 is plenty for our turbo, but I'm asking if it would be just as good as the Vibrant. Only reason I even got the Vibrant is because I was told I was getting a GHL...and they shipped me a Vibrant hoping I wouldn't notice the difference. Luckily the Vibrant was my 2nd choice, but this new Corksport exhaust sounds soooo good.

edit: would the exhaust note change if I bought the CS downpipe?
 
probably not too much, ive never had a stock downpipe but my exhaust not didnt change too much from NA catless to FI catless

corksport exhausts sound freakin good no matter what though

I wasn't a big fan of the 2.4" catless they made before. Plus I live in an Emissions county.
 
Installed hood props this morning. They're NotYellow's old hood props he had on his msp.
