the fronts weigh 20.6 lbs each and the rears weigh 9.2 lbs each. the pads that came with the combo are stoptech posi-quiet. im not sure if im going to actually use them or invest in some hawk pads.
Where at? I'm just outside Austin, but am not aware of any shows this w/e.Will take some this weekend while I'm at the carshow in Austin, TX. That way the car will be spotless clean.
damn those are heavy. guess ill go with 2 piece rotors when mine need to be replaced
retorqued the bolts on my CP-E front MM after a few days of driving. damn, what a nice piece for the MS3! also installed a progress rear sway bar. hoping to test it out soon...
what are the vibes like on the CP-e?? Im not loving the TRZ
ended up getting the 75 duro insert.... how hard is yours? it's more the hardness of the insert than the mount itself that causes the vibrations. at 75 durometer i only noticed the vibes at idle while the car is stopped, mostly in the steering wheel. it has already mellowed out after maybe 100 miles of driving. vibes are still there but hardly noticeable at this point. shifting, acceleration, and overall feeling is more solid over stock. but one odd little thing is that i need to give it more gas when starting from a standstill, otherwise it feels like it wants to stall. any one get this?
Do you feel it when accelerating at low RPMs in 1st? Thats really when I get the bad vibes. And yes, I don't really notice the feeling of stalling, but my friend says something to me every time he's in the car...
I re-torqued my TRZ dogbone and tightened up a few things in the interior, and my vibes are close to none now. Night and day difference. Regardless, RMM on the MS3 is one of the best simple upgrades.
Officially decided to buy a CP-e RMM (75 duro). I'm getting sick of all the vibes from the TRZ.
