You sound sane to me....I think its all based on color and what you have on your car. I think black and white look best without it.

omg some shops are on crack...two shops quoted me $800 for the roof to be painted...lowest i've gotten is $350...the other three were at $500...

In agreeance with Mike on this one. I haven't measured, but since it's sorta fresh on my mind, it looks 3/8" to me. 1/2" is too big for that little spout/nipple.

killed a raccoon with it today(cabpatch)
I hit a cat once, immediately busted an ebrake u turn and he wasn't there when I turned around. I was trying to see if I had killed it or if it was stuck under my car.. he apparently got the **** outta dodge after I nicked him. He didn't catch my tire just my spoiler apparently.

FYI - looks like you installed it the same way I did (which is incorrect). Check this thread - it's an easy fix and will make everything fit better

i blacked out my front and back flyin M's, removed mazdaspeed 3 emblem, tinted the side markers, tinted the spoiler brake light, and cut out my resonators (for sound purposes only, cant afford a real exhaust right now) pics and video of exhaust soon.. =)

drove down to cobb and purchased myself an access port
drove it to some dealer.
(then i test drove a 2009 mustang gt M5 with 8k miles and wow it acts nothing like my ms3. acceleration is ehhh, but the shifting is sooooo smooth and there's not much engine movement, though i think the clutch point is way too high)
