sweeeeeeet

Put in my weathertech floor mats a couple days ago. Figures the only mat I really cared about was the driver's, and my clutch would get caught on the mat, mid swing, because the mat didn't sit flush with the floor. There is about a 3'' gap between the floor and the mat where the floor board slopes upward near the pedals. I trimmed a 1'' x 2'' section near the clutch region and it doesn't catch now but still a huge gap. For the money this shouldn't happen and if this is the case not worth yours either so buyer beware. Thankfully they were a gift and I told the giver of the gift he should return them and get their money back but they refused to take them back LOL. I checked with the company and they said I had the proper p/n on the mat and are supposed to contact me again. I checked with two other MS3 owners who have these and they didn't have this issue. However to end on a positive note the other mats fit like a glove.

Is that really dust? It looks like a suede dashboard to me :)
It's called living at the end of a 1/2 mile dirt road. The car stays clean for 1/2 day max, so I usually don't bother. It's not how it looks that counts, it's how it goes. It gets washed on the outside whenever it rains - the inside waits until I accidently leave the windows open.

picked up my Cobb cat-back from rallsportdirect the other day to complete my Cobb turbo-back. Getting it installed on Friday....(cabpatch)

Installed my Cobb SF Intake. It sounds EXACTLY like my old HKS at first listen. The HKS may have been a tad louder... a testament to the potentially inferior filtration?

I'll be monitoring my fuel trims... stay tuned!

I couldn't find the LTFT on my Dashawk. Can you let me know where it is? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it was under air or fuel. LTFT Bank1 or whatever... I'll confirm this for you when I'm not rotting away at my desk at work :\

I had the end of the hood prop rod break off while I was checking the oil. If the warranty doesn't cover it I'll only be out @$20, but it's still a bit of a pain.

new tires, Yokoham S. Drives 225/40, Tinted windows, 20%/5%, and mounted my sirius radio on my steering column. OH and found 11 cents in the Bose SW unit.(dunno)

Damn MCompact, it seems like everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong for you with this car :\
