What have you done to your MS3 today?

i received some little xmas presents today.. from me. to my speed 3. just little stocking stuffers for fun.some interior lighting bits, side mirror tinting from dabears2k, vent pod from RPM, Goodridge ss brake lines and Motul rbf 600 fluid and AEM/ Mazdaspeed CAI air straightener from JSC, and Turbosmart boost tee and TurboXS FCD to play with from a good fellow on the forum. Happy New Year Folks!

Damn MCompact, it seems like everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong for you with this car :\

Well, the little ticky-tack stuff isn't such a big deal; at least if I have to fix it myself I'm only out $20 or so and @30 seconds of labor. It is kind of funny though; every time I start to enjoy driving the car again it seems something happens to tick me off. That said, the hood prop problem is small potatoes and I'm not going to hold it against the car.

Still seems weird, though. Good thing I took mine off, I guess. Gotta love the Redline Tuning hood springs.

I hosed down my O2 sensor with PB blast to help with the install that is going down tomarrow. Pray it goes smoothly!

I bought a used Corksport CBE for $150, installed it and bought a used Dashhawk for $150 and that thing rocks.

Installed rear turn LEDs and resistors to stop hyper-flash. Thanks to UHATEIT for advice. For the record, I found the resistor kits to be a PIA...likely poor technique on my part.

washed the girl down, bought my prosport boost and a/f gauges, added some "go fast" stickers under the hood(2thumbs)

What happened to the old one? Did you cut it?(shady)

Noo I couldn't get the damn thing out of the factory DP.

***ATTENTION ANYBODY DOING A DP INSTALL***

It is a good idea to soak your O2 sensors and Turbo studs in a few coats PB blaster 12-24 hours before the installation.
Kind of common sense but it makes a huge difference and takes 90% of the hassel out of the DP install.
