Oh I know that the Sport would be plenty for me. I just like the beefier look of the Hardcore.Yeah I like the hardcore one as well. that extra meat is also extra safe. I do think the m2 sport will hold its own though. what are you planning to use your car for? if you plan on doing some more hardcore track events then I would recommend the hard core but if you plan on just doing auto-crossing I think the sports bar is enough. I plan on drifting my car on skid pads and horse thief mile at willow.
I agree with you, the beefier look is great. and I see the hardcore one compared to the sport all. one of my friends has the hardcore and another friend has the sport. It is a drastic difference. You are making me consider getting the hardcore instead.
and seeing it yesterday at our meet compared to the sport I actually looked at them more closely. the sport one is padded and still doesn't look as good as the hardcore. (lol2)
styling aside a thicker roll bar should in theory increase rigidity depending on how its placed which would another great functional benefit to the hardcore.
I always thought of the horn as the most useless thing in a car because a ton of drivers try using a horn to avoid an accident instead of actually driving the car to avoid the accident. and when they realized they probably should do something other thank honk they already wasted time and can no longer avoid the accident.
