ah, you broke 1 of those bolts off? FWIW you can probably just get a used thermostat housing (top and bottom) and a new gasket, that bolts directly onto the head so you're not having to worry about redrilling, tapping, odd bolt sizes, etc.

the coolant reroute kit addresses cooling to the rear of the head, not the front which is where the stripped bolt of his is.

Drove it. Put on sunscreen, drove it some more. 
yeah but it blocks off the stripped off bolt area so you dont have to worry about it

Got the AC converted today...now it is cold...

dang, just bought one last week!(sad2)Yesterday I installed my new Bypass Valve to go with my FM Thottle Body Inlet Pipe. (Which now means my Forge Bypass Valve is for sale).
Then I also rotated my tires.

switched the diff to redline shockproof heavy, trans got a qt of gm synchromesh FM and a qt of gm synchromesh, AC was evac'ed, vacuumed and recharged (system was over full by .3lbs), and i plugged my LR tire.
The quick grind going into 2nd is just about vanished and the AC blows colder now. Seems all ready for next weeks trip to JAX then to Tampa
