I have actually thought about stepping up with some aftermarket foglight bulbs so my wife wouldn't be asking all the time whether they are on or not. Then I could give remarks like, "If you are blinded by the chrome bumper on the vehicle in front of you, they are on."

Did not mention last time about the magnetic attraction of the hood to any flying object. My wife commutes up and down I35 and I think every pebble/rock/etc... that flys up in the air lands on the hood. Have already touched up a dozen nics and need to do a half dozen.

hmm comments on some od the last replies:

wipers are fine for me .. we only had a few freezing days/nights and snow/rain type of thing in fact i was surprised hwo well they worked

flat folding front psng seet sounds kind of stupid .. this is not a van .. long objects can go on a roof rack .. $50 bucks from someone on the forum plus 5-10 for bolts etc

headlights are strong as i think everyone knows ... and you only really need to use foglights in special weather so i dont see that as a big thing so you should know when you turned them on or not .. plus you can see the wider light spectrum spreading besides the hood on the road when they are on

The fold down front seat would be cool, the car has it in the jdm version. It has to be something with safety over here. Just put the snowboard on top of the car, show it off, let everyone be enviouse of your pink Barbie board with the special hand painted Barbie and Ken make out scene on it. Still just joking. This car has soooo much potential its just up to us to improve on it.

I don't quite like the sunroof buttons... its quite out of place with all other interior parts....

The others.... longish throw (my 92 Pro has better shift believe it or not)... need more zoom-zoom.... more powerful stereo....

But... I still like it.... A LOT!!

I wouldn't say I hate this but it would be nice if there was some kind of indicator to let you know if the fog lights are on or not. Small light on the switch or something in the cluster.

My '02 P5 has a light on the fog light switch. I can look down and see whether they are on or off. How is it that I have it and noone else does? I swear there is a red light in the shape of a fog light right on the switch.

One thing I do hate is that the compressor runs with the heater switch set to floor only. I have to run it set to floor/dash to save gas and get all of my horsepower. That sucks! maybe there's some way to change that.

but i don't think that is a indicator to tell you is your fog is on/off, just a light to tell you where is the fog light switch is.

is there a mod that would actually make the light on the switch come on when it's on, and off when off? but then i gues that would make it hard finding the switch in the first place.

I plan on turning the ac switch to the way it should be when its spring. The ac should not be running when the selector is on floor or if you don't want it to run at all. Its a dumb set up.
The light you are seeing on the switch is just the normal illumination. A cool way to do it would be to have a small led in the switch that would change the color of the switch when the fog lights are on.

The fog light switch is illuminated when your lights are on. Whether it's pushed in or not. No difference.
