What did you pay for your MS6

Using smart buy you can get it pretty cheap. I got it at under invoice price. There really is no reason to ever pay above invoice no matter what the dealer tells you. They still make profit from kick backs by mazda. If he tries to tell you otherwise walk out the dealership, and tell him you call me at the end of the month when your trying to make quota durring this economy where cars are just not selling.

Im in the market for one and would like to get an idea of what these guys are selling for.....

thanks
If you don't mind leasing, you don't even have to bargain to get to close to the invoice price (except on options). Officially, you can $2K+ on a Sport lease. Unofficially, at least one Georgia MS6 owner showed a scanned Mazda incentives doc where he got the same deal on a GT lease.

Also, if you or family member are on a long list of Mazda/Ford suppliers and partners, you can get S-Plan pricing which is the official invoice price plus a small percentage. The S-Plan price is shown as a separate figure on the invoice, a copy of which must be provided to you. With S-Plan you will also get the benefit of any other incentives available, such a lease incentives. This can make for a sweet deal, if you can live with a lease. Because of substantial depreciation, the lease buyout isn't too bad anyway. I think it's $13-14K after 36-39 months.

Happy Hunting!

When I purchased my Speed6, there was a MS6 sport-model that had been sitting on the dealer lot for 60 days. They were offering it at $1000 under invoice just to move it, but it wasn't equipped well enough for my preferences, so I ended up paying $500 over invoice for a fully loaded MS6 GT with NAV.

I worked directly with the fleet/internet manager, which removed all of the usual price haggling that you usually have to deal with when you work with a regular salesperson. At my dealership, the fleet manager is paid based on # of units she sells, not on a percent commission for each sale.

I just got mine yesterday.

Speed6 GT Whitewater Pearl Mica
Moonroof
Navigation
Black leather
Sirius

$30700

I just ordered the CP-E CAI and the HKS BOV.
Next will be window tint.

No Nav.

$28000

Damn you. I paid $4 *more* for the same package. Must be the black/black interior on mine that cost extra. Either that or my salesman wanted a 1/2 a free lunch or something... :)

update-

Well, im still in the market. I have a "Brother-in-law" whos trying to get me on the "ford family plan". At this moment however the best price that i have is 25,595 through a local dealer for the Sport model. My money is on the fact that i walk in there and that number spikes up a minimum of 2k- but we shall see...

I love the car- looks soo nice. Im a little concerned about the power issues after reading through some of the threads here but i guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there...

Thanks guys.

where do you live, I haven't pressed the dealers too much, but the best I got so far is $26,200(this includes whatever fees, destination or otherwise they want to throw in here) + taxes and tags
it seems that invoice on Sport model is $25,833 + destination(but I always tell them to include that in a quote), so I don't see how is it possible to get your price, tell me you tricks :)))

That was a big concern of mine too when I got the car, but...

I'm not going to say I haven't had the problem, so as not to jinx myself, but...

Well, three weeks now....

Dealers still make money going bellow invoice. They get money for the number of cars they sell in a month from mazda. When i was deciding between this car and an Evo i had a dealer go down to 28k for an Evo 9, invoice on the car is just under 32k. I only got my mazda speed grand touring for 1k under invoice but still a nice deal.

I know they still do make it below invoice. But what was the actual price paid? To some people invoice is invoice to other invoice is invoice and destination charge included.
Invoice listed on the sport model is $25,833, the destination charge is $560
I consider invoice $25,833 but somone else maybe consider it to be $26,393
I am at $26,200 right now, so am i below or above :)

I paid sticker price minus the payoff of my existing car loan. Financing came out to a total of about $31,000

Speed6
Black Mica
Grand Touring, fully loaded

Yeah it all depends, there is between 1-2 grand hidden somewhere they will still make if they sell the car at invoice. Of course this all varies but when they say they arn't making money they are. I am going Saturday to see if I can get 1000 off invoice. When I talked to the dealer he said he had some trouble getting rid of them (they have about 12-15 in stock) and will do whatever it takes so we will see.

the dealership here in athens has 10 MSP 6s and he says he cant get anyone to even test drive them. he said he would love to give one away at invoice. wish i had that kinda money

Im in North Jersey. The 25,595 included destination but not Tax and Title. Im still not done with these dealers, man they are all out to make the mighty buck but im resilient (sp?) and ill keep plugging until i get the car for 25k out the door all fees, taxes etc etc included. Once that happens, i will be here Postin 10000000 pics :)

PS, i just test drove one yesterday for the 1st time.....WOA!! These things haul. I launched pretty hard and it just Stuck to the ground but the front end lifted very much like my 5.0 Mustang used to do when i would get on it!!!...

AWESOME CAR and i cant wait to buy it!!
