Im in North Jersey. The 25,595 included destination but not Tax and Title. Im still not done with these dealers, man they are all out to make the mighty buck but im resilient (sp?) and ill keep plugging until i get the car for 25k out the door all fees, taxes etc etc included. Once that happens, i will be here Postin 10000000 pics :)

PS, i just test drove one yesterday for the 1st time.....WOA!! These things haul. I launched pretty hard and it just Stuck to the ground but the front end lifted very much like my 5.0 Mustang used to do when i would get on it!!!...

AWESOME CAR and i cant wait to buy it!!

I thought invoices prices should be the same everywhere. I went to www.edmunds.com they dont seem to differentiate between different parts of the country

mazdas problem is they make great mazdaspeed cars but with 0 marketing. People don't know anything about them or even they exist other then few enthusists.

you arent lying- I was in the market for an AWD car- initially the Subaru WRX and if it wasnt for a d0uchebag dealer at the local subie store i wouldnt have even looked for alternative AWD cars....then i found this monster...Again- I cant WAIT!!!

Lucky you all, that thing cost here $34,999

Ja, The Protege5 2002 here cost $20,300

And a Mazdaspeed Protege? yeah $29.000

**** it man...I hate car prices in PR

EVO's ----> $35K

Subaru STI----> 39K

where do you live, I haven't pressed the dealers too much, but the best I got so far is $26,200(this includes whatever fees, destination or otherwise they want to throw in here) + taxes and tags
it seems that invoice on Sport model is $25,833 + destination(but I always tell them to include that in a quote), so I don't see how is it possible to get your price, tell me you tricks :)))

Where do you live? Must be a secret for you too.(rant) Why don't the nubies fill out the info?

i live in maryland and have gotten a couple of dealers both in MD and VA to get to $26,200 on sport model + taxes and tags but some of you are getting a much lower quote

34,000 Silver GT white/black leather

Everyone claims to have gotten cheaper... We worked with the dealer for over a month.. in and out.. test drive after test drive... and claims of buying other vehicles...

How someone gets the fully loaded (as in every single option there is)... Speed6 for 30,000 is beyond me...

You cant work with one dealer. He has no reason to go lower till you call around and get other offers from different mazda dealers. Call out of state if you have too. Make them bid against each other. I had 4 mazda dealers trying to give me the better deal so that i would buy from them.

I just picked up the Speed6 GT w/ moonroof,shock sensor, wheel locks and moonroof deflector for 28K and change with the S-plan discount. I love this car!

Just picked it up yesterday

Just traded my 3 in for the MS6 GT... Out the Door @ 30,300 w/ the moonroof package. Wasn't a big deal for me but it was either that or the nav system and I already have a portable one so it wasn't worth the 2K extra. I only ate 600 on my trade too but it was understood since it was in a hit and run and the repairs were subpar. I had to give up the magnaflow exhaust though....looks like I will have to get another one.(not that it matters because it is of no use to me anymore)

Update#2

i walked into the Mazda dealer tonight with my checkbook (aka ready to buy)... I put the best offer on the table that i got from one other place 25,595 not including Dest, Taxes and Fees. I say to the guy, beat this price. the guy starts yapping about a "rebate" that i should have rec'd from the nY Car show. I ask him plain and simple- is that rebate good at all mazda dealers- hes like, yea....So im like- ok Beat that price without that rebate..- the guy starts dancing...So i go one step further and hand him a printout of a "calculator" page. On that page/Calcuation there was every possible fee, tax interest rate and the price that i wanted the car at. It also included the down payment. It even included what the payment should be. the guy comes back and his payment is 11.99 per month more. Im like nope, sorry we cant do that much and i shake his hand and leave. 15 minutes later my phone rings and "all of a sudden" they can do the deal at my price BUT only for the Speed6's on the lot. Now they want me to come back tomorrow....Im kinda pissed at this point and i dont think that im going to buy from that dealer now...I think that its just Garbage that they let me leave.

So anyway- hopefully by tomorrow i'll have my ride!!!

Got mine Saturday.

Paid $31,400 ($2570 under MSRP) for an almost loaded GT, with moonroof, navigation, sirius radio, autodim mirror, wheel locks, and net.

I think that's about $150 above invoice. Prices on this car are getting good. I was deciding between this and the just announced 2007 Subaru STI Limited, with the new understated appearance and extra luxury appointments. Subaru wanted full MSRP and wouldn't budge. No way that car is worth an extra $6k to $8k over the Mazdaspeed.

I sold an FD RX-7 a couple years ago, and am happy to be back with Mazda. Here's to hoping a Mazdaspeed Kabura is in my future somewhere.

got my black on black sport for $27500 out the door. dealers msrp was $28655 so i think i got a pretty good deal.

I just got mine for $22,895 (lease price) with lower payments than I was making on my protege and residual is only $15k at the end of the 36 month lease to buy.

Base sport model in titanium. I love it.
