Went to race track today

Well its final I ran the car today in the 1/8th mile the times were very good.

On 9psi boost holding steady it ran:

9.88 at 72.033 mph
9.88 at 73.35 mph
9.82 at 72.55 mph
9.62 at 75.45 mph


it was about 85 and humid cloudy too

so im very happy with this.

I had real bad wheel hop in 1st
it spun real bad in 1st and 2nd gears
then it took off like a cannon
so there you go its final

estimated 1/4 mile time is close to 14.5 or 14.6

thanks dude it will go faster if i can get it to not spin so much i think its got a 9.40 or a 9.50 in it at 10psi

Well i have been drag racing for 10 years now. I have a injen intake joe p fpr kit and mbc at 10 psi. 2 1/2 inch cat back exhaust thats it . I will say this the fastest 4cy caR i have driven very smooth when shifting and excellarateing in the boost

I have only taken ours to the track once, and I can honestly say alot of it was my driving.. I'm still trying to get used to a lower redline.. I bounced the poor thing of the rev limiter like 3 times.. I was very dissapointed with myself.. All is good though, with some more experiance and performance mods I can see these time slips dropping dramitically...

Congrats.

I went to the track last weekend.

Just having fun, but everyone seemed surprised that my ride was stock and could handle the track with "better" machinery.

i.e. way, way more power and/or better handling.

Better machinery like 240sx, Integra, 3 series BMW, M3.....

Hi dficken no internals done all stock internals just what i have listed in my profile. runs good too going to MIR friday night 12/4 mile track will see what she will run hope to run 14.3
