I just heard this noise yesterday. I take the car up to 80km/h and I'm in 4th or 3rd gear. I take my foot off the gas pedal, and let it coast back down to 50km/h. Around the 60km/h mark, 3000rpm or so, I hear this squeaking sound like metal vibrating against metal through my shifter. It only happens in that rpm range so I'm guessing it's happening at that vibration frequency. Anyone ever come across this?
