When I was 18 (ohh, the memories..) I used to play basket ball for 3 hours a day, and could play for 8 if I wanted too, I was 5'11" (still am) and weighed 185 pounds. I could eat ANYTHING, and not gain an ounce..
I then gain a lot of weight in a short time, and never took it off, and then gained more, by the time I was 25, I weighed 245 pounds. Over a year or so, I lost about 20 pounds, and held steady for a year, lost a few more pounds and the started to work @ honda, after 4 months @ honda, weighed, and now currently weigh 210 pounds, not bad for a lazy ass..
Tomorrow I am going to look @ a gym..
Working out not only helps you lose weight, but also helps the mind, so it can focus, and be sharper..
btw, depression is one of the leading reasons people put on weight, and working out also helps fix that..
