Warranty Woes WTF!

They like to stay away from arbitration, too, because it makes the dealership look bad and it costs them money since they pay the arbitrators. If they lose the case, which it looks like they will, then they'll have paid double. I threatened arbitration when my amp wasn't in the car and they buckled within a minute.
 
Hey, Thanks for the advise! I read through the manual the other night but was not looking for anything like that.
Called the customer service line and asked how to request arbitration. They said that there are instructions in the manual and to send in the request by certified mail. Looks like I have some work to do tonight...

If you look up my posts you'll see I've had my share of run ins with Mazda. I just noticed in the Warranty Manual that it has a section for disputes. You've already dealt with the Mazda rep and are unsatisfied. You can now go to arbitration as stated in the manual. The arbitration is done by a third party, I would think if you can't get satisfaction then to look into a lawyer. No sense in complicating things and adding cost if the 3rd party can help.
