Want to boost NOW

So, I've got my mbc, colder plugs and k&n panel filter. My gauges arenot installed yet, but I was thinking I could turn up the boost, very carefully and I shouldn't be in that much danger.

With my fuel cut from the ecu still in I worn't be able to boost high enough to blow up my engine anyway. Is this correct or just a very stupid idea..feedback please.

Not true....wait until you install the boost guage

Dont do it, get the gauges, then turn up the boost. Thos POS MBC's are finiky, and just the slightest turn of the knob, and your increasing noost by 2-4 psi.

Yeah yeah plus I wanted to see what my car was running for boost before cranking it up. I made sure to get my guage in way before the MBC to avoid the temptation

If you want to get it done, go ahead and install the MBC, but loosen it ALL THE WAY so that you are not actually using it. If you REALLY want. You'd still be better off waiting for the boost gauge.
