Good info. Thx all.
Do you think the 2nd O2 sensor has something to do with it stalling at stops when its warm? My friends seem to think that may be the problem. I am using the MIL illimanator because I have the Corksport exhaust which, as you all know, has no cats.

Not at all. The second O2 sensor has nothing to do with engine management.

Its not hesitated at all anymore. The car pulls hard as s*** and sounds great with the exhaust and FMIC. I just give it a little gas and gobble gobble. So many head turns. Now I just need to resolve this stalling issue so keep the suggestions coming. Thx

It mite be that the line from the BOV is to close to the MAF
.It look from the pic. that it joins every close to the MAF
and it mite be messing up the reading the MAF is getting at a idle. Just some thing to look at maybe .

Stop by the shop anytime M-F between 8-6. Andy or Jared are always there, we will see if we can track down the problem. Im glad you are happy with your kit.. keep the pics coming!

i concur with this
there have been problems before with the turbulence from the recirc fitting screwing up the maf reading. Move the fitting or the maf further from eachother.

a few are running wagner kits, so i dont think it's the MAF (although return pipe is pretty close to the MAF).
i'm pretty sure it's just the adjustment of the bpv....maybe needs a secondary vac source.

Yes I am going to try a dif vac source today and see if that helps.

I gotta know what in the heck happened to your cone filter?
Thats how it was when he got it, I helped him install it and we laughed about that filter for a bit...looks like it flopped around too much on the car it was previously on.

Try running a vac line just for the BOV.. When i got my kit i was using the same line that my stock BPV and wastegate where on and the car ran like s*** so i ran the line that the stock setup lines where on just for the BOV and the tapped into the boost side of the IC piping and ran that to the wastegate and to the bottom nipple on the BOV and the car just rocks now.. Night and day!!!
