Vehicle laws in Cali/Move thread!

Hey guys,
I was just wondering about a few different vehicle laws that you folks have in California. Hopefully somebody can give me a clear cut answer.

I am planning on bagging my P5 this winter and moving out to CA next year(I currently live in MN). Regarding the vehicle height laws, it states that no vehicle can have any part of the frame lower than the lowest part of the wheel. I'm assuming this is only while being driven and not parked? Or is it all the time?
Along with the headlights needing to be 22" off the ground. As before, all the time? Or just when driving?

I also noticed two other very small minor laws that I thought I would ask about.
The law states that you need to have two rear reflectors on the car. I'm assuming the stock reflectors in the tail lights work?
Along with I read that you cannot drive with only your parking lights on. I'm wondering if that's true? Only could drive full lights or no lights?

Thanks for any information!

P.S. If anybody can give me any advice/tips/tricks/things I should know about moving to California, let me know! Gonna be moving either around Mission Viejo/Laguna Niguel area or Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley area.

So take your time doing so!

That makes everything terribly simple.
Well aside from the suspension, the car is stock. I have my Miata that I modded that I'll be selling before I move because I know it won't pass anything in Cali.

Anything else anybody could chime in with on the car/bike scene in Cali?
