VBulletin Upgrade

is it just me, or should "Staff Only" threads should not appear with the latest threads? (uhm)

I can see the titles and read the first couple lines of (by hovering) but I'm not allowed to click on it :(

Heh.. that's pretty stupid, I figured the latest threads would be smart enough to not appear there.. Damn it. Thanks for pointing it out, it's fixed.

Damn.... welcome me to the VIVID YELLOW MP5 CLUB. HEHE.
Sweet it is.
Girlie Girl Racing on the way. Nice.
I'm going to the dealership to drive it away today. This will be my first new car experience. Going to start with a Thule roof rack over my existing moon roof... is that bad?? Wanted to put some nasty ass mud flaps on it too. Now, is that too redneckish??

The site is still slow. I have tested it on multiple machines. 2 were running DSL and the other Cable. Is there a fix to it??

As you can all see, we've upgraded to the latest vbulletin. We're always open to suggiestions, so let us know what you think of it.

Note about speed issues: If the site is slow, it is because of an unrelated problem, and not because of the new vbulletin. Don't jump to conclusions.

A few things presently are not working yet. These are:
- the manage files section of your user CP (will be up sat or sun)
when can we expect for manage files? :)

I was wondering if you could add an extra link towards the bottom of the page that will bring you to the top of the current page. I know that at the very bottom of each page, there is a "top" link, but it would be better, in my opinion, if you placed it above the "Quick Reply" box next to the "prev thread | next thread" links. I find that the top link really helps, but I rarely scroll past the quick reply box.

No its cool. I know about the home button too. I guess i was just looking at it from a point/click/scroll/read point of view.

my mouse at work has no scrolly so I've always got a hand on the keyboard

NICE JOB. Some things are a bit different but different is good, adapt to change and overcome it right. Thanks for updating the site. Also, thanks to everyone who does help support the site, Mods, admins...blah blah blah.... without people taking there free time to keep this up and running I wouldn't have something to do all day at work, besides work that is. He He. Anyway, the only thing I would like to see is a counter that would show how many posts you have looked at.....just something else to take up server space I know I know. It would only track new posts that you've looked at. Just an idea..... Got to run, VEGASMSP is putting his ION kit on so I'm heading over to check it out......laterzzz all. 2/21/04 @ 12:29 p.m. Vegas Time.
