I'm picking up a 626 valve cover and was thinking about putting a little shine to it. I practiced on my heat shield since I'm removing it to do a header install. I have 4 finishes I can do with the tools I have. The pic shown is not painted nor does it have a protective spray on it, this is just to get an opinion. I'm leaning more towards the upper left side. not too much shine but noticable different than "stock".
