Used Mazdaspeed3 Pricing

So I am trying to sell my 08.5 GT right now (this is not a for sale thread), and I'm noticing that all the ms3s for sale are priced well above blue book. Usually you would expect to see the opposite. So I priced mine right at the bottom of the grand touring packaged ones. Its been weeks and literally zero ppl have contacted me. In the end I really only want to sell it for what its worth (or slightly less) and don't really mind lowering my price at all.

What would u guys honestly price a 08.5 GT 86k miles at, straight blue book? And why is everyone pricing their ms3 to the moon? must not be getting any calls either. FYI carmax was at $10k a few months back so I figure its maybe slightly over that for private party, but Im mostly confused at this point.

Local dealer has a 2008 for $16,990. Not sure how many miles but it was in immaculate condition.

Prolly lower miles, but $17k seems high to me I dunno I'm parked at $12.9 right now, prolly drop it again tomorrow

Plus I'm in SoCal where the pricing seems a little bit higher than national avg

Anyone buy a used ms3 recently, trying to get actual sold price data would be nice

Dealer prices are based on what people would pay for your car in that particular region - Carmax considers the entire country.
