Upgrade Radio/Climate Control Piece

I do not have the bose or DVD so I just have the dial climate controls. Has anyone upgraded to the more modern looking push buttons? If so is it plug and play or do you need extra cables. I plan on just using my existing 6 disk since it is brand new. I have an 07 6 and it is not a speed6.

You cant, the Manual controls are not wired for the automatic. It's more work then you think.
