Unique Protege HIN

I found this car on http://www.importspeedsouth.com . I've never seen this body kit maybe sombody could educate me. I like it though, the turbo kit is different also. Thought it might make for a interesting conversation. This car was at HIN Oct. 19th in Orlando Florida.

I also noticed that the body kit is molded to the body panels. This car looks tight!

That is the protege that spawned the MP3, and Mazdaspeed models. It is the HKS Protege (or something like that).

Linux is right. I think it was called Street Heat or some sort of agressive name. You can find it on www.protegetech.com it has all sorts of HKS stuff. It looks great and I like the front end. I think it's a 1.8L though

That thing was beautiful. I was parked near it in the Mazda booth at HIN. It is owned by Mazda and is just a concept car. The guy from Mazda said it may never come out for sale to the public.

Wow

I saw this car a long time ago in some ones post and everyone was ooooing and aweing and at Petit Le Mans here in ATL it was at the car show and i talked to one of the mazda guys and got to check it all out. I wanted a ride in it but he wouldn't let me but i got to mess with him when he was behind me and omg does that pro ever make an mp3 look like a pos as far as speed goes. Thats also the first time i got to see a pro with a carbon fiber hood and its the dgm one and that thing is so god damnb light i couldn't believe it. I give mad props to mazda for that look. Very cool car over all.
