Unable to start car

Hey all,

First post here! (yes)

I very recently purchased a 2006 MS6. Very nice car, I've been loving it so far.

So, I go to get in the car this afternoon, only to find that I'm unable to start the car. The ignition is totally locked. I'm using the advanced key, and the key indicator on the dash lights up green when I attempt to start it, so I don't believe that's the problem. I've tried using the normal key as well, but the ignition still will not turn at all.

I saw 1 other post here where someone else was having a similar issue that was supposedly related to a clutch safety switch. Where would I find this? Anything else that might be cause this issue? Hopefully I can get it fixed up tonight so I can go to work in the morning..

turn the wheel hard as you are starting it up, OR press the two clip releases on the keyless ignittion and pull it off, then remove your key from the card and start her up.
