umnitza intake CEL Need advise

I have been driving with the V1 umnitza SRI for 3000 miles and love it, so I decided to get one for my brother who also has a three. We installed the V2 umnitza intake two days ago and he has since gotten 2 check engine lights. We have reset the car twice and it keeps coming up. I was very careful with the MAF and don't know why this may be happening. Also the car is running well and idles fine. Any ideas on what it may be and what to do about it. Could it be the other sensor is broken, I think its the barometric sensor? I may also be missing a gasket that goes on the inside of velocity stack. Does anyone know if the V2 has 2 rubber gaskets.

i have the V1 not the V2...(is there any hp/tq diff?) but i would deffinatly check over the maf and the baro make sure you aren't pulling the wires or caused any stress cracks in the plastic by over tightening.... as far as the seals go if you think you need another one and its the same size as the one you have go to an autoparts store and get one....???
