I know. but you see them at all the shows and such. They like HUGE rims. They arent true 13 inch wire wheel low riders, but thats what they call themselves.

yeah, its a just a different style...I guess "lowridering" is more of a lifestyle than actually driving a car thats an inch off the ground.

Kinda like the diff between a sport compact show car and the same car for racing...You;d call both owners a tuner...
