Soo I ordered some parts from protegegarage.com january 5th and I still havent received any package from them at all or a tracking number that I have requested. It says it has been shipped when I check my account on the site. I ordered an intake, motor mount inserts and a forge BPV. I have been pretty patient but now that Im getting close to coming home to pick up my car and drive to my next base, Im worried that my parts will not be there when I come home this week. But I thought I would just vent out here about it lol



ps. Im going to be a very sad/angry person if I go home and I dont get my package at all!

Ken usually has good deals and will match prices but one thing thats lacking is communication and shipping speed, you will get a good deal if you dont mind the wait.

Pretty skinny, maybe in nellis you can hit the weights more often. You CE? I use to deploy with the 820th all the time when I was in. Nellis is a pretty kick ass base

I don't want to get into it, but I still haven't recieved my complete order from PG since Oct. 16 and so I had to get American Express involved. They even deleted my post on the other site under their section when I expressed my anger...unbeleiveable!

Get used to it guys, this seems to be the typical protegegarage customer communication and shipping time frames.

So far I've heard of 4 people complaining in the last 48-72 hours about their bad service and lack of communication , but don't mention you've gotten bad service! the "i've had success with protegegarage" gang will hound you to death!!

The same kinda thing happened to me, I didnt fully complete the order and then they forgot to mention that the product I ordered was out of stock. i still recommend PG however, they are very nice when they do communicate. Hope you see your parts soon man.

Yeah, I am still waiting on my corksport intake...ordered right around that same time frame...but mine is because Corksport ran out of MAF housings...
