TWM SS Question

So I got a TWM SS from a user on here and they never got the spacers that it's supposed to come with. So clearly I didn't either, so my questions are: 1) Do I need the spacer? 2) If so, does anyone know the specifications of them so I can put one together? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I suggest you try to source them, I remember installing them for a friend and there are very specific dimensions from what I could see.
