After visiting your page I noticed you make fuel system upgrades. Insufficient fuel is currently the issue with the Speed6. This was determined by injector pulse width doubling at low rpms with aftermarket turbo setups. IIRC Forrestang and ATL are the two to talk to about this. The belief, if I understand it correctly, is that the camdriven high pressure fuel pump is unable to supply enough fuel at lower rpms causing lean spots. Would you guys consider looking in to this?

Hi,

The link you saw on our website was for TWM Induction, almost the same name as TWM Performance but 2 different companies. Here's the link to their site: http://www.twminduction.com/, and their phone number is 805-967-9478.

We actually named our company before we were aware they existed, but people often confuse the 2 companies so we link to each other. Give them a call, very nice people and they may be able to help you out.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hey guys i just installed this and it is AMAZING! It is the stage 2 shifter with the bushings. This is an awesome upgrade. And for all of you who are scared of the drilling it was NOTHING. CAKE! I highly recommend this to everyone. And the instruction booklet was spot on and easy to follow.

yea the drilling was cake...but lets not forget that you were damn near crying while doing it =)

Glad to hear the install went well, thanks for the props :)

The only part that is giving some people issues during the install is the "L" shaped bracket that only seems to exist in about half of the MS6's out there. It needs to be removed but is held in place with a screw with permanent loctite so the screw sometimes needs to be Dremeled off or drilled out. It's a pretty minor procedure compared to some other installs but annoying none the less.

Anyway thanks again for the props, I'm happy you like the shifter.

By going with the stage 2, how much shorter should I order the boot from Redline? 1 inch seems to make sense, seeing as it reduces the length of the shifter by 1", but I thought I read somewhere that you should go shorter yet. I just can't find where I read that again.

I have the stage 2 and got a Redline shift boot 1" shorter. It fits perfectly. If you got it any shorter it would not allow you to move the shifter around.

Ya I had this, and the loctite was a b****, but I just got a good phillips screwdriver on there and torqued the heck out of it until it gave. I actually found the hardest part of the install was disconnecting that bloody white connector by the E-Brake. For the life of me I couldn't figure out where the "tab" was on the bottom to disconnect it. Now that I know where it is, it's pretty easy though.

Great product, I'm extrememly happy with the results! (drive)
