I lost alot of bottom end, but got it back with more ignition advance. Feels stock down low and just keeps going all the way to 7,500. I should dyno tune sometime and see what's really going on.
My maps might not be ideal, since I've only street tuned it myself and would be different to yours because I have an FP 1.8 with FS injectors, different fuel, different PCM etc, but mine needed lot's of ignition advance everywhere (upto +15 under heavy load, half that light load), more fuel low rpm and less at high rpm. The car is designed for 91RON but now running 98RON, so that probably contributes alot to the need for advanced timing.
I wish I had video of my first setup, it was insane, with huge lope and you could hear the exhaust pulses rushing out of the head into the header, sort of a sharp swishing noise. Sounded weird but cool. That was the final straw for the stock front and rear engine mounts. The front rubber completely tore out!
Do you have a WBO2? It's a bit smokey looking. Running a bit rich?
