Mine were fired up for the 1st time yesterday!

Head needed additional machining to fit Kasman Adj gears (FS-02 head)
Plug required for distributor opening. oy

Chris, the mechanic, said he had to remove the silencer. The exhaust was shooting out with such force (thru the silencers tiny aperture) it was like a air gun firing.

Idle is the next challenge as it is also hunting, and bouncing up to 2200 rpm. IAS is useless.

626 mani was also added, vics/vtcs and egr deleted but remain unattached.

I dont think the cams are very lopey. the first time I fired my car up I was somewhat dissapointed with the lope.

Idle is still hunting, we will re-configure AEM and tune from MAF instead of MAP setup and see how it drives.

That's your IDLE? Man wait till you turn it down, 700rpm with 0-0 on NA cams sounds cool. Each pulse really slaps your hand/plants/peoples legs quite hard. Although I calmed mine down a bit with a complete new exhaust system and some tuning.
