Just bought the TurboXS Stealthback (fancy name for the downpipe and midpipe), anywho, will keep this thread updated when the stuff arrives, also ordered an HKS SSQV to go along with this stuff. (cabpatch)
Just got mine on Friday. Looks like a nice piece, I don't know why people put it down compared to the CP-E one. Probably won't get mine on for a while though as house projects have been piling up lately. I'll be watching your thread. Take pics during the install if you can!!!
Call www.jscspeed.com and speak to their sales associate, I asked him if there were any deals for the TurboXS Stealthback and notified him that I was a member on this forum and saw the JSC sales thread on the TurboXS Stealthback, he quoted me $350 shipped and it has a scheduled delivery date of Friday. Man these guys ship fast!(yippy)
Oh by the way, I was comparing pictures of the TurboXS Stealthback and the CP-E Downpipe, one thing I can easily claim is that the TurboXS will definitely be easier to install and have the same gains as the CP-E Downpipe. "Same gains", well yes, the design of the TurboXS is top quality, it is as good as the CP-E and the only difference is that the CP-E is several peices of pipe, but welded together, while the TurboXS is two peices with a flex-mesh, this flexmesh has a previous issue and was corrected by the new version of the Stealthback which JSC is selling. Basically, once bolted up and gasket sealant + proper installation, the TurboXS is almost identicle to the CP-E. Just a big ol' pipe that you don't have to spend a bunch-load of money on.
That's my take, we'll see if my visual -internet claims are valid when I get the peices. Keep you guys updated
the turboxs stealthback looks like a great deal. i just wish it was a catted DP -- otherwise id b all over it. ill prolly just go w/ their RP for now since it is by far the cheapest 1 out there and i havent heard of ne problems with it....
