Has anybody tried the TurboXS Fuel cut defender? It appears to be a cut and splice version. It has two settings. The traditional one that fools the ECU into thinking the MAP value is whatever you want it to be as well as a safety setting that should the MAP level actually exceed it, the value will be passed to the ECU so that its failsafes can kick in. It is a bit pricey compared to some others, but I am intrigued by the extra setting.

I looked at that myself, but didn't feel it worth the extra zort $$.
I picked up a splitsec VC2-5. It costs a bit less and its a high quality well made piece. I'm also not a fan of anything made by them and trust the products from splitsec. Just my 2 cc.

not worth the $$$ it works just like a map clamp. the failsafe it not needed for our car either. the stock ECU has an A/F failsafe. i still get cut every now and then with the map clamp because the ecu still triggers cut when you run out of fuel. it doesnt matter how much boost is there. it does matter how much fuel is there !!
