Turbo timer rpm signal location?!

Ok so I wired up my greddy tt a while ago but never so it could auto time. It's said that a pin on the pcm in the engine bay will give me a signal. I tried it a few hours ago as it's mentioned on the hks tt install in the how to section but to no avail. Has anyone actually got the auto timer to work and do you have pictures or very detailed instructions on where the rpm signal wire is at. I tried the vss wire hole on the gauge cluster and it would kill it on throttle but not auto time. I'm I confusing things together? Please help I'm going mad. Thanks.

VSS signal is road speed, not RPM.

But does anyone know where the wire is to make it auto time? I just need rpm not vss. There is a thread that says pin 2ba works, but it says it's for ignition coil #1 on the pin list. I can't convert the pictures on the pin list so I can't see which ones are what. If someone could post the PCM connector pictures on here that would be amazing. The pcm pin list was made in too old of a format so I can't open it on vistas word. I don't know why.

I added a pdf version of the ECU pin document. Maybe that will help.

I just took it and used it on my moms laptop but thanks though. I think I'm just giving up on this car. It takes way too much work to make things work right.
