turbo spool problems

yes guys another problem .. as much as i love my car . i cant get to enjoy it at full. now my turbo hits full boost at almost 5gran .. anyone?? and funny thing is that out of nowhere ill hit full boost at 2.5 or 3000 rpm like 3 days ago .. i only have forged wastegate. and yea i do have a cheap boost controller but i really dont know what could b the problem

I'd get rid of the boost controler to start, it sounds like the actuator is going bad. Hard to diagnose it if it has a "cheap" boost controller on it.

+1. Take off the boost controller. And do you have a BOV on there? if so look to see if it's shut while idleing. I had sorta the same problem and my BOV spring just loosened up over time. So i threw in some washers and it runs and boost fine now.

ur right.. i do have a cheap boost controller . to start .. second the bov is not a bov is a diverter.. and i bought the car used . so i will concentrate on that on my next pay check . thanks ..

it is a cheap boost controller . thanks ill change it next week and update on whats going on
