TSB on rusting rotors in Canada

Has any one had this TSB done on their car..

I looked at my rotors today (have winters on) and they are a nice bright orange near the hub..

I prefer not to do it myself, just wondering if anyone in canada has managed to get it looked after..

hmmm ... there def is a TSB for the states for cars with 12k or less I think it is. It is not a hard task to do yourself, but if you can get it done by a dealer then try. My opinion is to ask a dealer again, and if no luck contact Mazda directly.

There isn't a TSB for this in canada.. and it's quite unlikely contacting mazda directly will do anything but waste your time.. It doesn't impact the functionality of the car, and is just for looks. Mazda Canada considers it normal (and it is, happens on most cars) and they apparently don't mind that we're all driving around advertisements for them that are showing visible rust :).

I find it extremely disappointing that mazda didn't coat the rotors properly in the first place.. since they did sell the car with rims that allow a pretty clear view of the rotors... but hey.. they managed to save $3 a car this way! sheesh.

But more disappointing is differences in TSB's in canada and the US despite it being the same car... ah well.. it's bad for them as well.. you pull up to a nice looking little sporty car.. and look down at the wheels and see tons of rust.. do you rush to your local dealership and pick one up for yourself? Uh no :)

You can try your dealership.. but don't expect much.
